All new vogue-trade.com products come with a warranty term provided by us against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized distributor(together refers to vogue-trade.com’s customers and their authorized resellers). All vogue-trade.com products sold as "refurbished", "reconditioned", or "factory renewed" are covered by a warranty term provided by us against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized agent.
1. Limited Warranty Conditions
The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on vogue-trade.com products. vogue-trade.com warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product: (1) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by vogue-trade.com or vogue-trade.com’s authorized distributors, (2) which has not been maintained in accordance with instructions provided by vogue-trade.com or vogue-trade.com’s authorized distributors; (3) which has been altered or damaged by accident; (4) which has been subjected other than in accordance with the product instructions.
2. Limited Warranty Coverage
Within a period of time identified below from the date of purchase, if vogue-trade.com receives notice of defect (from vogue-trade.com’s customers)in any vogue-trade.com product which is covered by vogue-trade.com's warranty, vogue-trade.com shall either repair or replace the defective product, at vogue-trade.com's opinion. vogue-trade.com have obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to vogue-trade.com’s customer service center according to the Warranty Procedure in below.

3. Warranty Procedure
For the duration of the warranty period, vogue-trade.com will replace or repair defective products. If a product is suspected of being defective, local distributors (vogue-trade.com’s Customers who bought the products from vogue-trade.com) should gather this reported unit one by one monthly,And fill the diagnosis form provided by vogue-trade.com and then send all the filled diagnosis forms back to vogue-trade.com’s service center, A after-sale service representative will check whether all the reported units are under vogue-trade.com’s warranty and then the local distributor sends back the confirmed monthly warrantable units together in a courier parcel(DHL/EMS for reference). vogue-trade.com’s after-sale service engineer will authorize the exchange or repair of the defective item. Products must be shipped in the original or comparable packaging with shipping and insurance charges prepaid on local distributors?own account. While, vogue-trade.com will send back the repaired or exchanged units back to the local distributor with shipping and insurance charges on vogue-trade.com’s account.
4. Limitation of Warranty
Neither vogue-trade.com or its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the vogue-trade.com products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall vogue-trade.com or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages.
